About Levi
Levi is a serial entrepreneur and has been a Realtor in the Denver Metro area for 20 years and currently owns Peak Real Estate. He purchased Cafe Terra Cotta in Littleton, CO 15 years ago and continues to influence creative food, incredible staff, and a warm environment. He is an owner of Colorado Sled Rentals in Steamboat, CO.
Levi also does extensive real estate investment and hard money lending. He has taken 20 years of success and plenty of failures to develop his unique take on guided life and business improvement.
Levi has been married for 20 years to his incredible wife Alecia and has three children, Cole 17, Carter 15, and Megan 8. When Levi isn’t working or adventuring with family, you will find him waist-deep in powder, covered head to toe in mud on his dirt bike, or floating and fishing around the next RiverBend.
